Had a wonderful experience with my first time dining here. We loved the spinach artichoke dip, it was so good! The meatballs and pizza were great as well. Staff was super nice and the service was great. We’ll be back!

My only complaint is the music is always very loud. Service is a little bit and miss, but never bad and I find it a generally inviting and comfortable spot for any type of group.
Food and beer are great. Especially the beer. Detroit style pizza and lots of vegetarian options-> kudos 👏 for being thoughtful :) Service was a bit slow, and hence the 4 star. Will highly recommend this place. Good meet up place for all the Portland suburbs and metro folks if you don't want to fight the downtown traffic.
First time visiting this place and it's nice. Met my friend there for lunch on Friday and it opens up at Noon. We were greeted by the host and asked if we had a reservation but there were only three other tables seated at 12:15p. So, getting a table wasn't a problem. We each got a beer and split an 8" pizza and it was more than enough for two people.
All in all a good visit. I would definitely return to try some of the other beers and food as well.
Great detroit pizza, jist kniw detroit style is bready. The kale salad was also dang tasty. Great pricing and options on beer and cocktails. The only down was the green chili cheese dip, was super soupy... Cheese shouldnt be liquidy.
This was a nice spot with a good selection of beers. Also, the nonalcoholic ginger beer was delicious. We had the Philip the Black pizza which was very tasty and filling.
Food left a lot to be desired. Sadly tasted freezer burned. Atmosphere was good. The beer was delicious. Service varied. First person to take our drink orders was great. Next person was forgetful.
If there were a 3.5, that would be the rating. Choose EX Novo, if you want an easy going place to hang out for a pint, great-friendly service, solid drink selection. But...set expectations, food is ok. If the pizza we had (smoking bbq chicken "Detroit" style) was less doughy / and had less bbq sauce, than we're talking "4 star+" territory.
Thumbs up on the krispy kolsch, strawberry cider. Ditto on in house made cookie, with ice cream. Simple/tasty.
